La Femme Short Film Festival

● An independent film festival founded by the international film producer & distributor Maggie Anwer

● The festival has taken place in London and Paris for 9 years

● La Femme Short Film Festival for short films, scripts, and projects

● La Femme Independent Film Festival for features, documentaries, and projects of more than 30 minutes

● La Femme FF is an independent festival that supports & promotes aspiring filmmakers all over the world.

● The festival's main objective is to raise awareness about female filmmakers and their projects and stories and to connect filmmakers and artists with each other.

● The aim of our festival is to support women who work in the film industry and to promote and screen films that discuss stories or issues about or for women or made by women.

● The festival is also geared towards supporting artists globally.

● It's part of our international film festivals that started in 2005.

La Femme Royal Club

We collaborate with La Femme Royal Club to support mental health awareness, raise funds for those who need help to get through their challenges such as physical, mental, emotional, or verbal abuse, as well as for families who go through hard times like a death, losing a partner, divorce, or any kind of abuse.

We try to help all the members of the family – parents as well as children.

Family crises were the first projects the club worked on to help families who are going through hard times, depression, or other challenges.

The aim of the club is to:

Raise the awareness of mental health
Support and encourage women to face their fears and achieve their goals
Collaborate with charity organizations to help and support anyone suffering from abuse: mental, physical, or emotional, including men, women, children and families in crisis
Collaborate with doctors, therapists and physiologists
Raise awareness about nature as part of the Nature Independent film festival.
The Royal Club has been part of La Femme independent short film festival in Paris since 2016.
The head of the Club is Princess Katarina of the British Royal Family.
The founder of the club is the president of La Femme independent film festival Maggie Anwer.
